These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the rules for using the Task Avoidance Studio website, purchasing our products, and interacting with our online store.

Because many of our products are handmade, printed, crafted, or otherwise produced in small batches, minor variations may occur. These variations are not necessarily defects and may be part of what makes each item unique.

We reserve the right to discontinue products and to limit quantities available for purchase.

3. Orders

Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your order.

An order is not considered accepted until we have processed your payment and provided an order confirmation.

The price charged for your order will be the price displayed at checkout when your order is placed, except in cases involving an obvious pricing or technical error.

Applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the United States.

Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Task Avoidance Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect or incomplete addresses, customs or government processing, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the package is subject to the carrier’s handling and delivery processes.

Task Avoidance Studio’s online store is powered by Shopify.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions between you and Task Avoidance Studio.

Shopify provides the technology that allows us to operate our online store but is not responsible for our products, our customer service, or the transactions between you and Task Avoidance Studio.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from products purchased from Task Avoidance Studio.
